CAC. Fresh and fully struck 96-O is unusually nice for this grade. They are rarely this lustrous and attractive. This one llooks like it just spilled out of a roll of BU dollars. At 2023 HA ANA sale a non cac 63+ sold for 11,400. This one is way way way better - check the image online. Only 4% of this issue qualifies for sticker. I like the value okay here as well. A PQ CAC 63 at 1/3 of what an average 64 goes for if you can even find one. 7242. (FP
