CAC. Black and white contrast gives this seated half off the charts eye appeal. It's been years since we had one this nice.  Pop 4, None finer at NGC. 67 PCGS traded 28,800 on 7/22. One recent NGC at 9,600. Need to see to appreciate. 96444. (SP)
